thats due to both kid and conan being there, harder to kill when you got 2 protags around and one of them could be just about anyone in the crowd.
well, that and the fact that theres always a boost in security.
most of the deaths that do occur involving kid are just people trying to frame kid or bait him.

That only happens in the movies. Someone gets killed when kid is around. Not all of them, some.

In the end Hanzawa committed no crimes in this XD.
Quick review:
This was hilarious, and funky fresh. it was quick but not to long for a short form series. The OP was really good and I was bopping to it, and sooth by the ED.
Not much to point out since I didn't get back into this since I stop the 100th something ep and the first few movies but this spin off is pretty good and I give it a 7/10 rating.

But Kaitou Kid has appeared in eight more heists after episode 515 of Detective Conan? The most recent being that of the heist with the gem "Fairy Lip", episode 983-984, which was aired in 2020.

This was such a cute spinoff; I loved it. XD Could definitely go for more Beika Town craziness in Hannin no Hanzawa-san if we ever get a season two.
